About Anna Laneve Vice

Anna LaNeve Vice grew up watching her mother, Lisa LaFlure, sell real estate along the Emerald Coast. She was just six years old the first time she 'showed a property' she watched her mother present to clients the day before. After earning a degree in interior design at the University of Alabama, where she was president of The American Society of Interior Designers, she followed in her mom's career footsteps, becoming a luxury real estate advisor for Scenic Sotheby's International Realty. Anna's interest in interior design is a perfect fit for real estate, allowing her to make special connections with people who not only need a real estate advisor but also someone with a good eye to help them make choices that fit their style.

 

Professionally, she says there is nothing more satisfying than handing buyers the keys to their new home and celebrating their successes with them. Anna works primarily with buyers interested in the east end of Scenic Highway 30A. She enjoys research and uses that focus on data and facts to advise buyers on making the right choice, whether for a family home or an investment property. She is passionate about her business and focused on being a market expert. In her free time, you can find Anna enjoying the Florida outdoors and giving back to the community in whatever ways she can. She enjoys learning about business, personal growth and world travel. She enjoys college football, traveling, biking and kayaking, as well as spending time with friends and family. She has two big goals for herself: Learning how to sail a catamaran and continuing her education to further her business knowledge.
