a new heavy duty metal roof of 26 guage standing seams, along with all hardee board exterior and decks replaced with stainless steel nails, and a renovation of the primary bathroom and flooring throughout and a pool pump. Balcony railings and fence were replaced in 2018. The washer & dryer were replaced in 2020, and most kitchen appliances were replaced too. In 2021, all new hot water heater & HVAC units were replaced. The house has natural gas piped to it, but it is only using electric, not gas with current appliances. Irrigation for the property uses the HOA's common well, so no direct cost to the owner. The owners rent the home through Dune Allen Realty; however, they reserve all holiday weekends, spring breaks, etc. for their family.
